The core key is that the factory has professional metal surface treatment facilities and anti-corrosion and rust prevention processes, which can effectively ensure the anti-collision level and service life of the guardrail. By degreasing (degreasing), thoroughly remove oil stains such as chip oil, lubricating oil, polishing paste, etc. from the metal surface, providing a clean surface for subsequent processes; Remove rust by acid washing, dissolve and remove oxides, rust spots, and oxide scales on the metal surface, and expose the metal substrate; Through phosphating chemical reaction, a water-insoluble crystalline phosphate conversion film is generated on the metal surface, which improves the adhesion and rust prevention ability of the coating. If it is an aluminum alloy, chromate passivation treatment is required to form an oxide protective film on the metal surface, which improves the corrosion resistance of the product. The company's spray coating production line is over 200 meters long, and the oven is over 100 meters long. It has good constant temperature effect, stable baking and curing quality, and improved product corrosion resistance, weather resistance, scratch resistance, etc.
