1) Adequate construction preparation is required to accurately locate the pile number position of the construction section. Accurate laying out, with errors within the specified range.

2) Column construction should be strict and serious. The verticality, spacing, bolt hole position and other dimensions of the production and construction of waveform guardrail panels should meet the requirements. Otherwise, the production and construction of corrugated guardrail panels should be immediately reworked. Meanwhile, rework should be strictly carried out in accordance with the regulations of jtj074-94.

3) The packaging and labeling of corrugated beams, slabs, columns and other components shall comply with the provisions of GB6725. Guardrails must not be loose during procurement, and products must not deform or be damaged (causing injury) during lifting, transportation, and stacking. During transportation, it should be securely fixed to prevent damage to the coating or deformation of the components caused by collisions.

4) During the construction of guardrails, care should be taken not to damage buried cables, pipelines, and other facilities under the road.
